DISCLOSURE AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Terminology: For clarification purposes; the ‘Online Course’ refers to the Grow My Music Online Course.
By registering for the 2-Day Seminar and / or Online Course, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions in entirety.
Students who register for the Online Course also gain a ticket to the 2-Day Seminar in the year that they registered. Attendance of the seminar is not compulsory.
Students who register for the 2-Day Seminar also gain access to the Online Course for 1 year after they complete their registration i.e. when payment is complete.The Online Course is optional.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Grow My Music will offer unsatisfied students a full money back guarantee if they are unsatisfied with the seminar and meet the ‘Money Back Guarantee criteria’. In order to obtain a refund, you must have attended the seminar in its entirety and demonstrated to Grow My Music that what we have taught you has not been successful for you.
For students who registered for the Online Course a full refund will only be provided if you can demonstrate to Grow My Music that the principles we have taught you have not been successful for you. There is daily support available via email and the Private Facebook Group to assist you in the implementation of your newly learned practices. Remember your success is our success, so we’re invested in you succeeding. No refunds will be provided for the 2-Hour Essential Facebook, Twitter & Instagram Online Course’ due to its low cost price and admin and processing fees that Grow My Music incur upon your enrolment.
Once your artist toolkit and / or Online Course access has been provided to you, you will forfeit any right to a refund, prior to completion of the seminar, due to administration and other related costs associated with your enrolment being incurred to Grow My Music. Please note that access to the Online Course occurs instantly upon registration via the website, and access occurs on the same day payment(s) are complete if you’ve registered outside of the website eg via phone or at a workshop, talk or seminar. For students paying in instalments you may cancel your payments at any point however refunds will not be permitted due to admin and processing costs attached to each payment. Once your payments are complete you are entitled to a refund if you meet the ‘Money Back Guarantee criteria’. No refunds will be provided for the 2-Hour Essential Facebook, Twitter & Instagram Online Course’ due to its low cost price and admin and processing fees that Grow My Music incur upon your enrolment.
Upon registering for any Grow My Music course or Seminar, you agree to pay any unpaid balance on your account before the date of the forthcoming 2-Day Seminar that year or else your enrolment will roll over into the following year. In the event you need to reschedule any training that you have booked, this can occur at no extra cost, however refunds cannot occur due to your change of plans. If you are unable to complete your payments, you forfeit any right for a refund due to booking and admin costs associated with your enrolment. If you need to reschedule a part payment, this is fine, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to do so, prior to your scheduled payment date.
Part payments for the Online Course need to be completed in full before access to the course or any Grow My Music materials can be granted.
If a scheduled payment is unable to be processed due to insufficient funds, then Grow My Music reserve the right to attempt to process that payment at a later date. You will be notified of the failed transaction via email the day of the attempted transaction.
Although highly unlikely, Grow My Music reserves the right to move the 2-Day Seminar dates as necessary. Students affected by the change of date and unable to attend, will be provided with the option to attend the next 2-Day Seminar.
If a registered student can no longer make the date of the 2-Day Seminar they have registered for, they may attend the next seminar at no extra cost and complimentary access to the Online Course materials is also available to them so they will not be deprived of the learnings or resources.
DECLINED CARD PAYMENTS
Grow My Music will process your credit card on the agreed dates stated in your registration form. If your nominated card is declined then you will be charged a rescheduling fee of $25.00. Grow My Music upholds integrity as a value in which it operates under and we ask that of our students do too. If you need to reschedule a payment then this is fine, please contact us prior to your scheduled payment to do so. No additional fee’s apply to students who reschedule prior to a scheduled payment being made. Please make sure that you are comfortable and will be financially stable prior to setting your payment schedule.
EXPIRY AND EXTENSIONS
Once payment is complete students have access to the Online Course for 1 year. If a student requires an extension this can be arranged for a fee of $50AUD per month.
Students will be locked out of the Online Course on the 366th day after their course commencement date i.e. the day payment is completed in full.
